iAXA Climate SAS
Altitude
AXA Climate's Altitude is a SaaS platform on which corporates, infrastructure owners and private-equity investors assess climate, biodiversity and carbon exposure for a location or asset, drawing on AXA's in-house climate science, satellite data and financial modelling. It scores acute and chronic physical hazards, adds nature and biodiversity dependencies and carbon metrics, and proposes adaptation measures across the asset lifecycle, with AXA Climate's consulting and parametric-insurance arms operating alongside the software. Distinctive for combining physical-risk, nature/biodiversity and carbon analysis with adaptation advice in a single insurer-backed workflow.
Vendor methodology
Transparency Score
BetaPublic transparency, not model quality iThe Transparency Score (0–3) estimates public methodological transparency: the degree to which the vendor's analytical approach to modeling climate and nature risk can be assessed from publicly available sources. It is explicitly not a measure of vendor quality or accuracy.
Product-level: public materials indicate risk scope and outputs, but little detail on modeling approach.
Product-level: public materials disclose 30 m street-level resolution, IPCC scenarios for 2030/2050, proprietary IPCC-derived data, sector-specific damage logic (agri: water need to yield impact) across physical, biodiversity and transition risk. Self-claim of peer-review noted but not relied upon.
