ALTACON d.o.o

Climatig

Altacon's Climatig delivers address-level physical climate risk for any location, via web app or API, scoring around a dozen acute and chronic hazards — flood, wildfire, heat, drought, hail, wind, landslide and more — at a stated up to 10 m resolution out to 2100. It applies satellite data and climate models to produce year-by-year hazard projections, combining these with historical event data through machine-learning models for selected hazards such as hail, wildfire and landslides. Outputs include ESRS E1- and CSRD-aligned indicators plus estimated future damage costs, and the platform holds ISO 27001 certification, serving banking and insurance clients for underwriting, portfolio NatCat aggregation and disclosure. Distinctive for high-resolution, on-demand hazard scoring with year-by-year projections and machine-learning-enhanced modelling.

Transparency Score

Beta

Public transparency, not model quality iThe Transparency Score (0–3) estimates public methodological transparency: the degree to which the vendor's analytical approach to modeling climate and nature risk can be assessed from publicly available sources. It is explicitly not a measure of vendor quality or accuracy.

1

Product-level: public materials indicate risk scope and outputs, but little detail on modeling approach.

Product-level: public product, article and sample-report materials show product scope, outputs, hazard coverage and uncertainty framing, but do not document the underlying model or risk-classification methodology in reconstructable detail.
