SpatiaFi (Spatial Finance)

Earth Finance is a Seattle-based climate strategy and finance firm that in 2025 acquired Climate Engine and its SpatiaFi 'spatial finance' platform. SpatiaFi links hundreds of millions of business and asset locations with Earth-observation, climate, water and economic data, using cloud and AI tooling to quantify physical hazard exposure and asset vulnerability and to deliver automated data feeds alongside the platform. Earth Finance wraps this in transition-strategy, energy, water and nature advisory for corporates, investors and the public sector. Distinctive for combining a geospatial climate-and-nature data platform with hands-on consulting — a data-and-advisory hybrid rather than a pure software vendor.
