Its FloodSmart Analytics product scores flood depth, probability and expected cost from river, coastal, surface-water and groundwater sources at building level, with projections for the 2050s and 2080s under a high-emissions pathway. Outputs serve conveyancing, planning, lending and asset-management workflows, at both site and portfolio scale. Distinctive for treating groundwater flooding alongside the more commonly modelled sources.
