greenpass offers Klimacheck and a digital-twin engine for real-estate and urban climate-proofing, structured around the EU Taxonomy's 28 climate hazards and CSRD. Using microclimate simulation it quantifies a site's performance across climate, water, air and biodiversity, models the cooling and adaptation effect of green infrastructure and nature-based solutions, and outputs CapEx/OpEx, asset-value and KPI scores, primarily for buildings, developments and cities in Europe.
