Environmental Intelligence Suite
IBM's Environmental Intelligence Suite (EIS) combines weather, geospatial and climate-risk analytics with carbon and emissions accounting for enterprise operations, with uptake concentrated in energy, utilities and asset-heavy industries. It draws on IBM's global weather data and geospatial analytics to score hazards such as flood, heat, wind, wildfire and air quality worldwide over medium-to-long horizons, exposed through APIs, a data catalog and an SDK for integration into operational systems. Distinctive for pairing enterprise weather data with geospatial tooling inside a large, long-established technology vendor's stack rather than a climate pure-play.

Transparency Score
BetaPublic transparency, not model quality iThe Transparency Score (0–3) estimates public methodological transparency: the degree to which the vendor's analytical approach to modeling climate and nature risk can be assessed from publicly available sources. It is explicitly not a measure of vendor quality or accuracy.
Product-level: public materials indicate risk scope and outputs, but little detail on modeling approach.
Product-level: public product and insight materials convey the tool's scope, covered risk types and outputs, but the underlying method and data are not publicly verifiable.
