Sustainaccount AG

Climate Resilience Suite

Sustainaccount's Climate Resilience Suite provides granular asset-level physical-risk assessment for real estate, aligned to the EU Taxonomy and to ISSB, CSRD and building-certification schemes such as DGNB and BREEAM. Using IPCC scenarios it projects hazard exposure and a monetised Climate Value-at-Risk over asset lifespans to 2100, and generates asset-specific adaptation recommendations; a public methodology page sets out the data sources, indicators and scoring logic behind the assessment. Distinctive for its real-estate and certification alignment, pairing Climate VaR with concrete adaptation measures at building level.

Transparency Score

Beta

Public transparency, not model quality iThe Transparency Score (0–3) estimates public methodological transparency: the degree to which the vendor's analytical approach to modeling climate and nature risk can be assessed from publicly available sources. It is explicitly not a measure of vendor quality or accuracy.

1

Product-level: public materials indicate risk scope and outputs, but little detail on modeling approach.

Product-level: the public 'methodology' page does not contain a methodology; it asks visitors to request the document via a form. No public, reconstructable data/scenario/model logic is surfaced, so public traceability sits at 1.
